Role Description We're looking for a skilled project manager with extensive experience in banking or financial services. The ideal candidate will lead complex teams and manage core banking modernization programs. - Total Experience: 9+ Years - 5-8 years of relevant delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services. - Demonstrated leadership capability managing large, complex, multi-functional build teams. - Direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs, with at least the last 2-3 engagements in this area; regional (APAC) delivery experience favorable. - Hands-on experience with Deposits Management Systems like Finacle. - Ability to operate independently with limited supervision in a transformation setting. - Strong documentation skills and attention to detail; able to maintain accurate logs and artifacts. - Stakeholder management and follow-through across bank and vendor teams. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to surface options and impacts. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, administrators, and analysts working on the ServiceNow platform. - Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and successful project delivery. - Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders. - Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new features and processes. - Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users and administrators. Responsibilities - Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker. - Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case. - Support Build stream closure ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented; and relevant lessons learned/case studies are developed. - Track and maintain RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and dependency logs; drive follow-ups with owners and escalate blockers early. - Assist in selecting and ongoing management of vendors/suppliers for supporting selected projects. - Support detailed planning activities and creation of schedule for the assigned areas of delivery. - Work with the technical delivery team, solution architects, vendors teams, and ITIO teams to identify, document, and manage all issues and risks that will affect the scope, time, cost, and quality of the delivery. - Partner closely with solution architects to ensure build activities align with target-state core banking architecture and design principles. - Support in managing all delivery dependencies that are external to the managed scope and ensure day-to-day tracking of these dependencies and manage any impact of changes in dependencies. - Ensure the delivery modules have a well-defined test strategy, test plan, and schedule. Manage all activities for testing from Unit, system, integration, migration, NFR. Support the UAT testing. - Align with the application owners and platform owners on the deployment schedules and approach and ensure all operation. - Mentor and manage team members, by giving constant on-the-job feedback, and by providing guidance. - Ensure project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards, and best practices. - Report the status of all key metrics (e.g., risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from inception through closure. - Assist the account management team in responding to new project requests. - Identify opportunities in the current engagement to cross-sell or upsell Nagarro's offerings. Overview We are looking for a Grid Connection Engineer to support the construction and delivery of utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. Unlike development-focused roles, this position is dedicated to ensuring that grid connection requirements are successfully implemented during construction and that all works meet DNO specifications, grid codes, and project quality standards. You will act as the technical interface between our construction team, ICPs, DNOs, and commissioning engineers to ensure the project is grid-ready and energised safely and on time. Overview We are seeking a Commissioning Engineer specialising in utility-scale solar PV projects. This role focuses exclusively on the construction, testing, energisation, and handover phases of solar farms. You will ensure that all electrical systems are installed correctly, tested safely, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, UK regulations, and DNO requirements. You will work closely with EPC contractors, HV specialists, ICPs, and internal engineering teams to deliver fully operational, grid-compliant solar PV plants.
