Stitch Fix
• Build strong partnerships with product organizations to gather inputs for financial opportunity sizing • Build and maintain new models to size financial opportunities related to strategic initiatives as a key input into enterprise annual budgeting process and ongoing project management office • Manage and track key KPIs and financial performance against expectations • Evolve tools, enhance existing reporting, and improve business processes in partnership with Finance and the business • Analyze variances to plan and forecast, providing insight on current and expected trends, and identifying areas of risk and opportunities • Prepare regular review presentations that recap results vs. forecast for leadership reviews • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling at the request of leadership and business partners to aid in decision-making • Identify and quantify risk or upside in business outcomes to offer solutions and aid in decision-making • Develop a deep understanding and expertise of Stitch Fix’s key client-based metrics and the financial implications of changes to current outcomes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of financial analysis, banking, consulting or similar experience.
- advanced spreadsheet skills, including financial modeling and have experience creating effective presentation slide decks
- experience with Google Sheets, MS Excel, Looker and/or similar planning and reporting tools
- strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and project management skills
- experience with A/B Testing and/or Pre/Post Analysis
- able to identify opportunities for business improvement and take initiative to drive necessary changes
- like working in ambiguous environments where each project is a new problem to solve or new analysis to complete
- exceptional communication skills with proven success collaborating cross-functionally

In this course, the students will apply pharmacy math skills to calculate the dose necessary to compound sterile and non-sterile products.
