Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 5+ years experience in analytics, sales enablement, and sales planning

Role Description The Supervisor of the Medical Staff Office at Hillsboro Medical Center provides leadership and oversight for the credentialing and medical staff support functions at the hospital. This role ensures that credentialing, privileging, and medical staff administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and delegated credentialing requirements. - Supervise daily operations of the Medical Staff Office, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of credentialing activities. - Provide coaching, counseling, and performance feedback, complete GROW performance appraisals. - Assign and adjust workload to meet operational needs. - Maintain desk procedures and conduct training in data entry, follow-up, and reporting. - Participate in hiring and disciplinary processes. - Support the design, documentation, and coordination of credentialing and privileging processes, including temporary privileges. - Maintain and optimize use of the Credential Stream credentialing database. - Provide oversight and administration of database for OPPE and FPPE documentation incorporating credentialing coordinators into all related processes. - Coordinate and provide administrative support for medical staff meetings as assigned by the Director of the Medical Staff Office. - Assist medical staff leaders with correspondence, documentation, and resources.
