You think about the user, not just the implementation. - Ownership: - You follow through. When something is yours, you see it to done — and you speak up when something's off. - Passion for AI: - You're excited about how AI tools can improve products and workflows, and you're willing to experiment. - Fast learner: - You pick up new technologies independently and don't need to have used a specific stack before to be effective. - Clear communicator: - You work well with others across design, product, and engineering, and you know how to ask good questions. Requirements - Nice to have: - Background in science or experience building products for researchers. Benefits - We are mission-driven: we work collaboratively towards our shared vision of improving scientific communication and accelerating scientific discovery.
