Campaign Developer
Best Egg
• Support the execution and ongoing evolution of Best Egg’s customer engagement strategy by developing and executing email, SMS, and push campaigns in Braze. • Configure tracking, links, and UTM parameters • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Brand to understand campaign requirements and support the delivery of accurate, compliant, and effective customer communications. • Build and QA campaigns using established templates, dynamic content, and segmentation logic, ensuring accuracy, consistency, rendering, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements. • Configure campaign journeys, personalization logic, and testing setups to support ongoing optimization and performance improvement. • Maintain and update reusable templates and campaign components to support efficient and scalable execution. • Support the implementation of required disclosures and regulatory updates in partnership with Compliance. • Monitor campaign performance and support testing and optimization efforts through structured experimentation. • Stay current on Braze capabilities and campaign production best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and execution over time.
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience with experience in campaign execution.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS; experience with Liquid or similar templating languages is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and experience performing QA on campaigns or digital products.
- Familiarity with segmentation and personalization concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working with data and Snowflake

Role Description The Senior Manager, Data Center Controls Engineering leads the design, standardization, and delivery of controls systems across data center projects. • Manage and guide a team of 2–5 manufacturing engineers at the CM site in Chonburi, ensuring clear priorities and effective daily execution. • Serve as the primary contact who collaborates with CM, facilitating daily communication on infrastructure status, capacity readiness, and execution alignment. • Take responsibility for optics manufacturing infrastructure, encompassing installation, qualification, availability, and overall equipment efficiency. • Ensure CM engineers and technicians are accurately trained and capable of maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment. • Manage infrastructure spare parts and consumables, ensuring availability and efficient usage to support high-volume production. • Standardize and continuously improve maintenance and troubleshooting procedures, including defining and tracking relevant benchmarks. • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve production issues and prevent recurrence. • Develop team capability and collaborate cross-functionally to drive manufacturing strategies and sustain a high-availability optical production line. • Collaborate with the Israeli team to help maintain efficient operations on the CM assembly floor.
