• Design, build, and enhance applications and reporting solutions to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. • Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools to automate workflows and modernize legacy processes. • Build and enhance applications, workflows, and reporting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse. • Translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions. • Design, configure, and implement web-based applications and reporting tools. • Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Identify system dependencies, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements. • Support deployment activities and conduct post-deployment reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data or business analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse).

**JOB SUMMARY** The Quality Analyst is responsible for managing the various aspects of the medical file review process. They will review the completed referral to ensure client questions have been addressed appropriately and review the completed report for accuracy. • Perform analysis of Computed Tomography studies and other imaging modalities to assist in achieving the best possible patient outcomes with the Navitor TAVI (TAVR) device through thorough pre-case planning. • Create physician-facing reports for TAVI (TAVR) valve sizing and case planning using the 3Mensio software. • Work with the training team to assist in content development as needed for field and customer training. • Analyze CTs for moderately complex cases and provide the commercial team timely reviews to assist in pre-case planning and help determine suitability for Navitor implantation. • Analyze CTs and provide timely reviews as needed for various clinical projects. • Assess when to consult with physician proctors based on case complexity. • Assist in training stakeholders (field team and/or HCPs) on CT imaging acquisition and interpretation. • Assist in developing training content relevant to imaging procedures and image analysis for stakeholders (field team and/or HCPs). • Identify gaps and provide recommendations on CT acquisition process improvements. • Participate in professional education conventions, proctor and investigator meetings, full team trainings and on-site imaging training at hospitals as needed. • Participate in national sales meetings, regional and local field meetings, and internal training as needed. • Answer queries and troubleshoot technical issues as required. • Mentor and train field clinical team members to increase team productivity and achieve goals.
