Vice President – Property Management Sales
Neighborly®
• Serving as the primary sales and business development liaison between the home office and franchise locations, ensuring alignment with RPM’s strategic objectives. • Promoting and implementing RPM’s Wealth Optimizer Portfolio systems to increase real estate transaction volume and enhance investor engagement. • Building strong, trust-based relationships with franchisees to support their success in Property Management sales. • Developing and deliver training programs that teach Franchise Business Owners how to conduct effective sales meetings. • Leveraging RPM’s tools, programs, and systems to reinforce the brand’s value proposition and expand service offerings. • Designing and managing local, regional, and national strategic partnership programs to generate new investor leads. • Establishing referral networks and partnerships that drive qualified prospects to franchise operations. • Owning the Real Property Management acquisition strategy, partnering with Franchise Business Owners to support local acquisitions to scale businesses.
Job Requirements
- Ten (10) or more years related experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management Sales roles
- Broker's license is preferred.
- You view every interaction as an opportunity to grow relationships and areas of improvement.
- You are a clear communicator, willing to listen and learn.
- You have the patience to answer questions and take the time to thoroughly educate franchisees.
- You’re flexible and willing to meet with franchise owners when they are available.
- You’re willing to ‘jump in with both feet’ to create this new service offering for Franchise Business Owners.
- Bachelor’s degree; business, finance or accounting or real estate preferred.
