Job Description

Implementation Consultant – SAP Basis

SONDA

• Act in the maintenance, administration and evolution of SAP environments, ensuring availability, performance, security and continuity of services in accordance with contractual SLAs and best practices. • SAP BASIS support and operations • Administration of SAP environments (SRM, BW, PI, Portal, HANA) • Technical monitoring and incident troubleshooting • Analysis of dumps, logs, jobs and performance • Transport management (STMS) and change management • Execution of operational routines (checklists, tuning, capacity) • Integrations and technical environment • Management of SAP integrations (PI/PO, APIs, REST/SOAP) • Support for system-to-system communication and troubleshooting • Act as technical focal point with infrastructure vendors • Administration of subaccounts and environments (DEV, QA, PRD) • User, role and security management • Configuration of services (HANA Cloud, Integration Suite, etc.) • Platform monitoring and governance • Incident and problem handling • Respond to critical incidents (production) • Rapid diagnosis and application of fixes • Technical escalation as needed • Logging and documentation of support activities • Security and governance • Access and compliance management (GRC) • Application of SAP security best practices • Support for audits and compliance (LGPD, ISO 27001) • Operational management • Handling tickets via ITSM • Meeting SLAs and KPIs • Generation of technical reports • Support for changes and projects • Availability for on-call duty • Support outside business hours • Support for change windows • 24x7 critical incident resolution

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields
  • Experience with SAP BASIS
  • Proven experience in critical production environments
  • Level 2 / Level 3 (N2/N3) support and maintenance
  • Incident and change management
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Sense of urgency (critical environment)
  • Clear communication with technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Proactivity and autonomy
  • Organizational skills and operational discipline
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP is a plus
  • SQL (desirable)
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Experience with ITSM tools: ServiceNow, CA SDM, Aranda
  • Experience with data integration (ETL, APIs)
  • Basic knowledge of automation and AI applied to data
  • Experience with Service Desk / Field Services data
