Role Description The Sr Implementation Manager is responsible for the strategic organization and execution of all tactical tasks related to the implementation, including funding arrangements, plan design, and technical integration associated with each deployment. This person should possess great cross-functional leadership and teamwork skills while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. - Onboard midsize clients and develop a plan design to meet their business requirements. - Create and maintain a formal project plan, delivering quality execution and employer satisfaction. - Move projects forward amidst ambiguous client expectations. - Assist with the standardization of tools and processes used by the team. - Contribute to team trainings, documentation, and lead departmental initiatives. - Utilize product, program, and system knowledge, interpersonal communication, and a strong sense of initiative to complete tasks. Qualifications - 3+ years of client service experience within the benefits industry. - 1+ years of experience with special projects, possessing project management skills and effective project tracking. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - Experience with project management tools required, such as Workfront and Monday.com. - Direct client-facing and implementation/project management delivery experience. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. - Multi-tasking ability with attention to detail. - Capable of developing and maintaining strong relationships. - Passionate about making a difference for clients in their health plans. - Adept at learning new products and services. - Active listener with the ability to influence. - Effective in written and verbal communications. - Self-motivated, organized, and capable of problem-solving complex issues. - Prioritizes work to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Requirements - Identify client nuances, plan requirements, and contractual commitments to create non-standard solutions. - Coordinate and plan with all levels of internal and external partners. - Lead client advocacy throughout the implementation while maintaining project management standard methodologies. - Develop unique project specifications and objectives for implementation projects of moderate complexity. - Own discussions through a consultative approach and suggest solutions with key partners. - Define scope of efforts required to meet objectives and create comprehensive project timelines. - Identify and acquire appropriate resource needs to support project deliverables. - Manage resources within respective departments and outside service providers. - Perform various implementation tasks including plan requirement completion and system configuration. Role Description The Implementation Operations Specialist will report to the Implementation Operations Manager in the CDB Operations Department. This role is intended to require business expertise rather than IT expertise and provides support to implementation management. System Implementation Managers complete and direct all aspects of customer benefit system build for new and existing clients engaging in PayFlex products and services. They increase client and member satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently and accurately delivering these services. - Responsible to perform daily production tasks involving multiple system set ups for all new implementations as well as existing client benefit plan changes. - Identifies business problems, obtains necessary information, accurately identifies root causes, and generates solutions. - Act as a point-of-contact for escalated client-specific set up issues. - Supports implementation and rollout of vendor/customer products. - Provides analysis of business implications and applies problem solving skills to meet business needs. - Where appropriate, uses consistent definitions and methodologies. - Translates information using business knowledge and identifies additional information needed to support analytical objectives. - Understand nuances of data, checks for reasonability, and works to improve data quality. - With direction, supports one or more processes related to the use of applicable tools that deliver business system solutions. - Usually serves as a team member and contributes to activities such as analysis, planning, design, development, testing, installation and maintenance of support systems and workflows for business areas. - Provides workgroup support to projects.
