Qualifications - Proficiency in Python development and familiarity with libraries like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - Proven experience with LLMs and foundation models in an enterprise context. - Strong knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases. - Experience in AI Deployment (MLOps) including containerization and cloud-based services. • Execute all responsibilities in alignment with Slingshot’s mission, purpose, and values • Lead and contribute to the design, development, and integration of space surveillance sensor systems across the Global Sensor Network • Perform system-level design, simulation, and integration of hardware and software components for advanced space surveillance systems • Design and implement real-time image processing pipelines in GPU-accelerated environments • Develop algorithms and software for sensor data tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination • Apply signal processing and image calibration techniques to improve detection and tracking performance • Develop and optimize C++ and Python (including PyTorch) applications for high-performance computing environments • Support transitions of Slingshot’s products and services to the Slingshot Global Sensor Network (SGSN), space operations centers, and other testbeds • Engage with customers and stakeholders to support mission-critical outcomes • Contribute to product strategy and technical direction through subject matter expertise • Prepare technical reports and briefing materials • Present technical work to internal and external stakeholders • Serve as a technical expert in space surveillance, sensor development, and real-time processing systems • Lead execution of individual and small team technical efforts and contribute to larger cross-team initiatives • Mentor team members and share subject matter expertise • Lead technical contributions to proposals and new business efforts • Champion internal research and development initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned (less than 10% of responsibilities listed above)

Role Description As a Product Support Engineer at Claroty, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform. You will work hands-on to investigate and resolve complex technical issues in mission-critical environments, partnering closely with R&D, Product, and Customer Success teams. Responsibilities - Work independently to investigate issues reported by enterprise customers, reproduce customer problems, and involve others on the team as necessary. - Demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships. - Maintain excellent relationships with Claroty Enterprise Support customers, Technical Account Managers, Product Management, and local account teams. - Analyze and resolve complex high-end customer problems in large-scale, production CPS environments. - Maintain a proactive approach to customer happiness, identifying and correcting customer satisfaction concerns and clearing any concerns or technical roadblocks. - Escalate support cases and priority issues to management and R&D as needed, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. - Identify and independently take on additional tasks that improve team processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing. - Provide visibility of customer status through regular reporting, cadence calls, and executive-level updates when required. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Support Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role. - Strong hands-on experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting. - Solid Linux system administration and troubleshooting experience. - Deep understanding of networking standards and protocols such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and HTTP. - Experience working with networking tools (e.g., Wireshark). - Experience supporting SaaS-based products. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical scenarios. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Highly motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about technology. - Team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions. Requirements - Experience with databases and virtualization technologies. - OT (Operational Technology) background. - Cybersecurity experience.
