Job Requirements

  • Strong experience supporting at least 2-3 core modules (ranked): Talent, Total Rewards (Advanced Comp, Comp), Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and Benefits.
  • Extensive experience configuring Workday Security, reporting, and module-specific best practices.
  • Support for annual events such as Talent/Performance, Merit, and Open Enrollment.
  • Experience optimizing Business Processes (BPs) to automate manual tasks is a plus.
  • Partner with business teams to ensure requirements are well-documented for solutioning.
  • Document processes and workflows to maintain the team knowledge base.
  • Translate business gaps and manual touchpoints into requirements for automation.
  • Experience configuring ATS tools like Greenhouse is a significant plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
  • Workday Certification is a plus.
