• Engage in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex AI, Engineering and Data & Analytics cases on the Databricks platform • Serve as a Databricks subject matter expert for our internal community of technical analytics consultants • Provide technical leadership and hands-on delivery on projects in a consulting role • Create and deliver engaging technical and thought leadership content on the latest Databricks features and best practices • Build and deliver end-to-end technical tool demonstrations of Databricks functionality & interoperability • Support channel and sales activities to provide architecture advisory for prospective clients and projects • Contribute to the growth of our partnership with Databricks in the UK as a technical leader
• Partner with our Head of AI GTM on the commercial strategy and execution plan for Aimpoint Digital's Anthropic partnership. • Serve as a primary relationship lead between Aimpoint Digital and Anthropic GTM stakeholders. • Partner with Aimpoint Digital practice leaders to define market-ready Claude and agentic AI offerings. • Develop joint value propositions that connect Anthropic capabilities with Aimpoint Digital's strengths. • Drive pipeline creation and progression by coordinating account planning, pursuit strategy, sales plays, and demos. • Build and run the operating cadence for the Anthropic partnership, including internal pipeline reviews and partner touchpoints. • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, events, and workshops. • Help develop reusable intellectual property and implementation playbooks. • Stay current on Anthropic's product roadmap and other key areas.
• Design and implement security solutions to enable customers to securely deploy and govern Claude Enterprise • Assess existing security, identity, data, cloud and SaaS architectures and advise on best-in-class solutions for securing enterprise AI tooling across customers in a wide range of industries • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of AI tools (e.g. Claude, Claude Enterprise), platform configurations, data access patterns, connector usage, security controls, processes and personnel to deliver informed recommendations leveraging your expertise in security engineering and AI governance • Design and implement security controls for enterprise AI platforms, including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, MFA, conditional access, admin roles, user lifecycle management, retention policies, audit logging, workspace controls, DLP, and acceptable-use enforcement • Assess and govern AI platform features such as file uploads, custom assistants, projects, GPTs, connectors, browsing, code execution, data analysis, plugins, agents, API access, and external sharing • Review and secure AI integrations with enterprise repositories and collaboration platforms, including Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack, Teams, GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, and BI platforms • Manage and lead end-to-end AI Security Implementation efforts as part of a project team; including activities such as identity integration, access control design, data protection controls, AI platform configurations, connector governance, monitoring / logging and incident response workflows

• Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business problems into executable technical solutions. • Design and build enterprise-grade Claude enabled applications, agentic workflows, workflow copilots, knowledge assistants, and decision-support systems. • Help enterprise clients rationalize Claude licensing types, evaluate usage models, and design an overall licensing strategy aligned to adoption, governance, cost management, and business value. • Lead discovery sessions that map business processes, identify automation opportunities, assess human-in-the-loop requirements, and define measurable business outcomes. • Develop AI solution architectures that integrate Claude with enterprise systems, data platforms, APIs, vector databases, orchestration layers, and approval workflows. • Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation systems, tool-using agents, evaluation harnesses, prompt and context strategies, memory patterns, and guardrail frameworks. • Build prototypes quickly, then harden successful solutions into production-ready systems with proper observability, reliability, security, access control, and governance. • Partner with client executives, product owners, technical teams, legal, compliance, and security stakeholders to align AI solutions with enterprise risk requirements. • Develop reusable solution patterns, accelerators, technical demos, reference architectures, and thought leadership that strengthen Aimpoint Digital’s Anthropic practice. • Help clients define their AI operating model, including governance, model evaluation, adoption workflows, business ownership, and ongoing performance measurement. • Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on builder for organizations adopting Claude across mission-critical workflows.

• Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to identify high-value data and AI use cases that can be delivered on Databricks • Design, build, and deploy production-grade data and AI solutions using Databricks capabilities across the Lakehouse, Mosaic AI, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, Workflows, Delta Lake, Databricks Apps, Genie, Agents, and Lakebase • Lead client discovery sessions to understand business workflows, data availability, platform maturity, integration needs, and measurable success criteria • Architect AI-native data platforms that support agentic workflows, semantic analytics, model deployment, retrieval systems, optimization models, and operational applications • Build Genie rooms, semantic layers using Metric Views, decision-support applications, data products, AI applications, and agent memory architectures that help clients operationalize insight and action • Partner with data engineering, AI engineering, analytics, business, security, and governance stakeholders to design secure, scalable, production-ready solutions • Create prototypes, demos, technical reference architectures, and reusable accelerators that showcase the value of Databricks for enterprise AI and analytics workloads • Help clients modernize data pipelines, improve platform architecture, implement governance patterns, and deploy AI systems into operational workflows • Work with Aimpoint Digital’s alliance, sales, and delivery teams to shape Databricks-led opportunities and translate client needs into winning solution approaches • Develop thought leadership, solution accelerators, demos, and internal enablement materials that strengthen Aimpoint Digital’s Databricks practice
• Lead large, complex Analytics and AI strategy engagements for key clients, including multi-workstream initiatives spanning enterprise strategy, operating model design, governance, roadmap development, and value realization • Serve as a senior trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on enterprise Analytics and AI priorities, investments, transformation approaches, governance, and organizational adoption to grow strategic accounts • Guide clients through structured assessments of current-state analytics and AI maturity across people, process, technology, governance, and readiness for scale • Lead executive workshops, briefings, and stakeholder alignment sessions that drive decision-making, clarity, and buy-in across complex client organizations • Oversee the development of strategy deliverables, including roadmaps, operating models, governance structures, business cases, use-case prioritization frameworks, and transformation plans • Partner with decision science, engineering, and platform teams to ensure strategy recommendations are aligned to enterprise realities, delivery constraints, and long-term client objectives • Lead business development initiatives including proposals, solution shaping, strategic client pursuits, offering development, and go-to-market efforts that support practice growth • Coach and develop consultants, engagement managers, and other team members by providing leadership, feedback, and example in client service, strategic thinking, and executive communication • Develop new solutions/offerings, market-facing points of view, and intellectual property related to Data Strategy, AI Strategy, and enterprise transformation
