We're looking for a results-obsessed Sales Manager to take ownership of 1–3 client accounts inside a fast-scaling agency. If you've closed deals yourself, built teams, and hit aggressive revenue targets, keep reading. - Own revenue performance across 1–3 client accounts - Manage and lead closers + setters daily - Run daily sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and call breakdowns - Track and optimize key KPIs: - Show rate - Close rate - EPC (earnings per call) - Revenue per rep - Hire, train, and replace underperformers fast - Optimize scripts, objection handling, and call structure - Work directly with leadership on offer, funnel, and sales strategy - Ensure CRM and pipeline (GHL) is clean, accurate, and actionable Qualifications - 3+ years in high-ticket sales - Proven experience as a closer (you've actually closed deals yourself) - Experience hiring, managing, and scaling sales teams - Strong understanding of: - Webinars - VSL funnels - Challenges - Live / in-person event sales - Proficiency in: - GoHighLevel (GHL) - ClickUp - Ability to run daily team calls and enforce accountability - Extremely detail-oriented (you notice what others miss) Requirements - Obsessed with targets, numbers, and winning - You don't babysit — you lead, enforce, and execute - You call out problems fast and fix them faster - You understand sales at both: - Tactical level (calls, scripts, objections) - Strategic level (funnels, offers, conversion) - You move with urgency — no hand-holding needed Benefits - 3% of teams gross collected revenue + bonuses and incentives - High earning potential for operators who deliver

• Directly sells enterprise security software solutions across the breadth of the company's products and drives incremental revenue with new customers, primarily through flexible and scalable licensing models. • This field sales role has primary accountability for the planning, prospecting, qualification, and closing of revenue within the Public Sector in Germany. • Develops the post close relationship within newly won accounts during the initial months by partnering with internal stakeholders who are accountable for onboarding, accelerated adoption expansion, and drawdown of flexible licensing models. • Effectively collaborate with other teams, including Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel / Alliances sales teams, Finance and Customer Support, as well as external parties such as Alliance and Channel Partners.

• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new service engagements in collaboration with Account Managers/Sales. • Actively participate in sales cycles, covering all aspects of Coupa services. • Design, estimate, and/or scope engagements, both directly and through partners. • Support the development of customized service offerings to meet client needs. • Provide feedback to the Solution Delivery Team on the suitability of existing packages to customer needs, supporting continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop the European biogas/biomethane sales territory, achieving agreed revenue, volume, and margin targets. • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships. • Work directly with customers to assess gas treatment challenges and propose technically sound, commercially compelling solutions. • Develop and manage product trials, pilot projects, and multi-site rollouts in collaboration with internal technical and application support teams. • Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and opportunity pipelines; maintain accurate reporting using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. • Communicate and negotiate complex commercial agreements, clearly articulate value propositions, features, and benefits. • Identify emerging market trends, regulatory drivers, and competitive dynamics within the European renewable gas sector. • Collaborate with and support third-party stakeholders, including EPC firms, developers, technology providers, distributors, and consultants. • Represent NORIT professionally at industry conferences, technical forums, and customer events.
• Support Senior Vice President of Sales by achieving or exceeding enterprise revenue and growth targets through Named AE‑led accounts • Enable and coach Strategic Account Managers on complex enterprise deal strategy, account planning, and executive engagement • Partner with SAMs on large, high‑impact opportunities including pricing strategy, negotiations, and deal closure • Provide executive‑level support for strategic customer engagements, escalations, and renewals • Drive sales forecasting accuracy and pipeline rigor across strategic accounts • Increase pipeline and expansion opportunities through disciplined account strategy and targeted enterprise campaigns • Develop unified messaging with SAMs, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success • Manage and overcome executive‑level prospect and customer objections • Learn and maintain in‑depth knowledge of NiCE CXone product lines and enterprise positioning • Assist with sale strategy and closure of national and strategic house accounts • Train and coach SAMs on navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles • Build collaborative corporate and field teams to support enterprise sales execution • Influence deal strategy without displacing SAM ownership of customer relationships • Travel to support strategic customer meetings, executive briefings, and internal planning sessions
