Technical Account Manager

• Managing Ad Operations and Trafficking for Adelaide advertiser and publisher campaigns, ranging from campaign set up and generating tags to ensuring measurement fidelity • Troubleshooting and QA for live trackers while defining processes to automate this workflow in conjunction with both Product & Engineering teams • Support on integrations with new publishers and partners, which may involve specific nuance and debugging of Javascript & HTML • Analyzing granular measurement based data to help improve upon our tracker development and implementation • Excel and Looker to explore, clean, and filter data in preparation for analysis • Provide client support by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on how to use our platform and metric • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in the digital media industry

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Ad Operations, Media Analytics, or a related field
  • Troubleshooting – Familiarity with troubleshooting JavaScript, particularly in the context of ad tags or tracking pixels
  • Excel Expertise – command of Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and formula-based analysis to support data exploration and reporting tasks
  • Data Quality & Testing - Strong attention to detail in building data validation, profiling routines, and root cause analysis workflows
  • Communication & Collaboration - Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and deliver training/support
  • Educational Background & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering) or a rigorous coding bootcamp with a portfolio demonstrating the above skills.
