About the Role We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer success. This role is critical in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, ongoing value, and technical guidance. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate technical challenges, optimize their use of our platform, and achieve their business goals.
