Job Requirements
- High School diploma / GED or equivalent professional experience required; BA/BS preferred.
- 6+ years of professional work experience required.
- 5+ years of learning project management experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design or equivalent education/experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Articulate products and Adobe CC required.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and maintaining instructional design processes and tools.
- At least 1 year of experience with training and mentoring other instructional designers.
- Ability to lead the design process for different types of learning with staff partners.
- A combination of experience in organizational design, program management, systems design and implementation, talent management, data analysis, leadership/staff development, or career pathing is a plus.
- Professional Certifications related to Organization Development/L&D is a plus.
- Experience Launching an LMS platform is a plus.

Assess learner clinical acumen in real-time. Provide direct, actionable feedback to hiring managers regarding learner readiness and areas of concern. Maintain cross-functional proficiency to serve as a Backup Facilitator for the opposing service line during designated "Surge" hiring windows. • Quality & Content Governance: Serve as the "Accountable" party for content accuracy. Review and validate all learning assets created by the ID Specialist and documentation updated by the CKE Associate to ensure strict clinical adherence. Champion a "Spirit of Curiosity." Regularly audit your curriculum against live production realities to ensure training never drifts from the actual job requirements.
