Job Requirements

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, social sciences, or a related field
  • Prior experience in executive search, recruiting, or talent acquisition is required
  • Experience supporting retained search engagements or senior-level hiring is strongly preferred
  • Exposure to Financial Services sectors (e.g., banking, asset management, wealth, insurance, fintech) preferred
  • Experience in a client-facing or professional services environment
  • Experience contributing to research, candidate development, and search execution

Role Description The Financial Aid Director overseeing UG Continuing/Military/Grad Teams (the Director) is responsible for the supervision and day-to-day operations of the financial aid functions for the University’s Undergrad Continuing, UG Re-Entry, Military, and Grad populations. Responsibilities include: - Overseeing and training staff in federal financial aid to assist students and families in determining the best method of payment. - Promoting financial literacy. - Ensuring regulatory compliance in all aspects of the University’s continuing population. - Assisting other areas of financial aid as needed. - Working closely with the Directors of Regulatory Compliance, Enrolling Admissions, Academic Advising, and Student Accounts. - Promoting an exceptional student experience.
