Customer Success Specialist – LegalTech

• Ensure customers attain their desired outcomes using our product or service • Conduct legal research, drafting legal documents, and offering support on legal matters • Act as a bridge between the company and its customers • Handle requests from users and leads regarding services • Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform • Work with leads to guide them about the service • Draft reports and manage the process of drafting legal language for written agreements

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
  • Prior experience in customer success or similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents
  • Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
  • Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs and similar platforms
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
