Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located. We’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store. This is a full-time remote role focused on driving growth, improving the customer experience, and keeping our online store running smoothly. Responsibilities - Manage and update our Shopify store, ensuring all pages, products, and content are accurate and optimized. - Build, test, and optimize landing pages and offers (using tools like Replo or PageDeck). - Analyze store data (sales, AOV, CVR, inventory) and turn insights into actionable steps to boost revenue. - Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, email flows, and promotions. - Coordinate with fulfillment and operations to ensure inventory and shipping stay on track. - Run basic digital marketing tasks (e.g., uploading creatives, updating ads or promotions on-site). - Continuously work to improve the customer journey and conversion rates.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Shopify (must-have). Bonus if you’ve used Replo, PageDeck, or similar landing page tools.
- Comfortable with basic design, copy, and page building to quickly test new offers.
- Strong analytical skills—you know how to read data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with e-commerce marketing (email, digital campaigns, promotions).
- Organized and self-driven—able to manage multiple projects at once without micromanagement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a remote team.
- Must be willing to work from 9 AM to 6 PM MST
