Role: E-commerce Advisor Hours: 37.5 per week, shifts across 5 of 7 days (currently Monday - Friday; some weekends maybe in future) Reports to: Customer Services Team Leader ClearCourse is growing fast — and we’re looking for an Ecommerce Advisor to join our dynamic customer services team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the company, helping our customers get the very best from our products while delivering an excellent, personalised experience. You’ll not only resolve customer queries across phone, email, and live chat but also act as a trusted ecommerce partner — advising on best practices and spotting opportunities to retain and grow business relationships. Service Desk Lead Location: Remote (Australia) Reports to: Managing Director, Sports & Leisure About the Role ThinkSmart Software (part of the ClearCourse Group) is a growing SaaS business supporting children’s activity providers across the UK. We’re looking for a Service Desk Lead to manage a small support team while improving how service desk operations are delivered, measured, and scaled. About You - Experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment - Previous team leadership or supervisory experience - Strong understanding of incident and problem management - Comfortable analysing data and driving improvements - Ideally experienced in a SaaS environment
Role Description We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to support us in developing payment plugins for the ClearAccept payment system. You will work remotely with a team based in the UK. - Development and maintenance of existing payment plugins for WooCommerce (90%) - Development and maintenance of existing payment plugins for Magento (10%) Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in PHP - Commercial experience with WooCommerce and Magento - Experience with HTML and JavaScript - Experience in the creation/configuration of Dev/Test/Prod environments in 'on-premise' infrastructure as well as cloud (preferably AWS) - Wider e-commerce experience would be a plus - English language B2+ Requirements - 0.25 FTE
