Job Requirements
- 4+ years experience in product management, ideally with a focus on digital platforms and customer experience.
- Experience mentoring peers and supporting skills acquisition.
- Proven track record of leading feature development and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX, development, operations).
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working within agile development teams, including writing and prioritising epics and user stories, and leading planning activities.
