Job Description
Partner Operations Lead – International Expansion
fino
• You are responsible for the international rollout of our strategic partnerships and actively drive entry into new markets. • You manage the launch end-to-end (Tech, Commercial, Localization, Marketing, Customer Success) and work confidently with international partners as well as internal teams. • You orchestrate a double-digit stakeholder landscape in parallel: international partner HQs and partner teams in target markets — strategically and operationally with internal Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Legal. • You ensure the launch is in place: tech integrations (APIs, accounting systems, e-invoicing frameworks) progress through the product pipeline. • You are accountable for post-launch performance: monthly reporting to the partner (activation, revenue, pipeline).
Job Requirements
- You have 6–10 years of experience in the enterprise partnership environment — ideally with a Tier-1 financial services provider, banking institution, payment processor or a similar regulated organization.
- You understand how corporate cadence works and can negotiate at C-level.
- You have executed at least one multi-market launch in the EU — not a single country, but two or more.
- You are familiar with the pitfalls of differing regulations, languages and local organizations.
- You speak German and English fluently — plus at least one other European language at negotiation level.
- You are tech-fluent.
- You work in a data-driven way. Forecasts, pipeline and activation metrics are steering tools for you, not mere reporting obligations.
- You have no problem with responsibility: if a launch milestone fails, you look for solutions — not for someone to blame.
Benefits
- Clear responsibilities and support: with us you know exactly what is expected of you, and you work in an environment where mistakes are treated as valuable learning opportunities.
- Shared commitment to exceptional results: our team passionately strives for excellence and sees your contribution as indispensable. Together we achieve great things.
- Individual development and ownership: we encourage self-motivation and personal responsibility to deliver outstanding performance.
- Dynamic feedback for continuous learning: you receive direct and timely feedback so you can react quickly to change and continuously improve.
- Open communication and personal growth: we practice open communication and actively support you in shaping your personal and professional development.
- Solution orientation and company success focus: our goal is to deliver results that move the company forward. Your commitment to this success is highly valued.
- Team days, summer and Christmas parties: joint events to build team spirit and enjoy the workplace.
- Corporate benefits: enjoy a variety of perks.
- Dog-friendly workplaces: bring your best friend.
- Bike leasing: take advantage of a bike leasing program — eco-friendly and healthy commuting.
