Regional Production Manager – Expanded Products
Guild Mortgage
• Drive regional expanded loan volume by actively promoting Guild’s expanded and Non-QM product offerings. • Increase expanded product penetration per Loan Officer through education, scenario review, and proactive opportunity identification. • Collaborate with Loan Officers early in the loan process to reposition borrowers into expanded solutions when appropriate. • Assist with structuring complex income, asset, and credit scenarios. • Lead expanded product training sessions, workshops, and webinars for Loan Officers and Branch Managers. • Provide best-in-class support to all producing regions as an extension of field sales and first point of contact for product support. • Conduct required in-person training programs for newly hired Loan Officers, LOAs, and Transaction Coordinators on programs, systems, policies, procedures, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, preferred.
- Minimum five year's experience in mortgage industry experience, with demonstrated exposure to expanded products.
- Analytical skills with the ability to review and assess loan files and make loan product recommendations.
- Strong working knowledge of expanded products such as Bank Statement programs, DSCR / Investor programs, Asset Utilization, Interest-Only and Jumbo Non-Agency products.
- Proven ability to educate and influence Loan Officers.
- Experience reviewing loan scenarios and identifying alternative financing solutions.
- Existing relationships with Loan Officers and Branch Managers within the region.
- Strategic thinker with a production mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required.
