• Contribute to implementing solution code with great attention to detail while fulfilling Java development best practices • Write reusable and testable code, create functional and practical technical documentation • Work closely with other team members and the client to implement designs – we are developing a product from scratch. Thus we communicate directly with the management of the client company • Proactively address technical issues and risks that could impact the project schedule and integrity of the application environment.

• Building and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows using the client's internal agent framework and modern orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar) • Designing and implementing RAG pipelines - including chunking strategies, embeddings, and vector store integrations (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) • Processing and structuring financial documents (PDFs, DOCX reports, tables, CIM/DDQ materials) into clean, machine-readable outputs via Python • Integrating REST APIs and cloud services to connect agent workflows with existing business systems and data infrastructure • Owning the full delivery cycle for each initiative: scoping, development, testing, deployment, and handover to business users • Instrumenting agents for observability, writing test harnesses for non-deterministic behaviour, and ensuring failures are explicit and handled gracefully • Communicating proactively with the client-side team - surfacing blockers early, documenting solutions clearly, and keeping stakeholders in the loop without being asked

• Own the backend architecture of Talenta • Design and evolve the Modular Monolith architecture using Spring Modulith and Domain-Driven Design principles • Lead and mentor a backend engineering team • Build, secure, and maintain complex third-party integrations • Collaborate closely with product and design teams • Monitor system health and manage incident response • Design and maintain complex relational data models in PostgreSQL/MySQL • Champion security and data privacy best practices

• Developing customer-facing features using React (web) and React Native (iOS & Android) • Building and maintaining reusable, well-typed UI components in TypeScript • Working within and contributing to the product design system for visual consistency across platforms • Integrating frontend interfaces with backend APIs • Contributing to Node.js services • Participating in code reviews for quality assurance • Debugging issues across web and mobile environments

• Designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens for web and responsive mobile across the investment platform • Conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing sessions and synthesising insights into clear, actionable recommendations • Using HotJar (heatmaps, session recordings) to identify friction points, validate design hypotheses, and surface real user behaviour • Contributing to and maintaining a shared design system — tokens, components, and documentation — to ensure consistency across the product • Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers throughout the full delivery cycle, from brief to build • Presenting design decisions to the product team with clear rationale, defending your choices with data and evidence • Applying accessible UI principles — contrast, sizing, colour, typography — to ensure the product works for everyone

• Build and manage the content pipeline across social channels (LinkedIn as the primary focus) • Generate, adapt, and scale content using AI tools (ideas, variations, formats, distribution) • Turn internal expertise into strong B2B content narratives • Coordinate subject matter experts (interviews, insights, inputs, reviews) • Run LinkedIn outreach: identify relevant founders, operators, and decision-makers; initiate first contact and conversations; drive engagement around product insights and content. • Continuously test content formats and double down on what works • Improve content strategy based on performance and feedback loops.

• Owning and building QA processes and documentation from scratch — the team currently relies on developers for testing, so you'll be the driving force for quality culture; • Creating risk-based test strategies, plans, traceability matrices, and test cases using best practices; • Running functional, regression, exploratory, upgrade, and smoke testing across multiple device configurations (real and virtual devices, various OS versions, locales, orientations); • Performing backend and integration testing using Postman, Swagger, and log inspection (Sentry, Firebase) to validate data integrity; • Monitoring and validating network traffic using Charles Proxy or Proxyman to compare API contracts and responses; • Filing detailed defect reports in Jira and collaborating with developers on triage and resolution; • Supporting release readiness sign-off, preparing test-run summaries, and contributing to go/no-go decisions.

• Administer and maintain project infrastructures for optimal performance and reliability • Deploy and manage infrastructure services, including Kubernetes clusters and cloud environments • Manage cloud resources (VMs, storage, databases) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and cost-effective optimization of cloud deployments • Implement tools for building, deploying, securing, and monitoring infrastructure and services • Design, create, and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined software delivery and deployment • Configure monitoring and logging systems for continuous operation and quick issue resolution • Collaborate with developers, operations teams, QA, Architecture, IT, and project management • Provide first-line DevOps support and troubleshoot issues for developers

• Handling the proposal process — from initial discovery calls to preparing and presenting proposals to prospects • Nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Maintaining accurate records and sales pipeline management within the CRM system (preferably HubSpot) • Tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to improve conversion rates and engagement strategies • Collaborating with the marketing and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company goals • Managing and optimizing company profiles on marketplaces (e.g., Clutch, DesignRush) to increase visibility and attract qualified leads
