• Support content development across multiple formats, including blogs, landing pages, emails, and paid ads • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to turn briefs into high-quality, on-brand content • Track progress against the editorial calendar and help ensure timely delivery of content initiatives • Support multimedia content production (e.g., coordinating with design, video, or external vendors) • Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy tailored to different channels and audiences • Edit and refine content to ensure consistency, clarity, and performance optimization • Leverage AI tools to support content ideation, drafting, and optimization while maintaining high editorial standards • Ensure all AI-assisted content is fact-checked, original, on-brand, and aligned with ethical and responsible AI use practices • Apply SEO best practices to improve content discoverability

Job Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in editing, journalism, or brand communications
  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to improve clarity, structure, and flow across a range of content types
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused writing across multiple formats
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams including social, product, and marketing
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in regulated or high-accuracy environments
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content structuring
  • Working knowledge of AP style and comfort applying structured editorial standards
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to support complex workflows
  • Ability to operate independently within an established system and strategy
