Collect premiums and fees billed, if applicable Corporate Citizenship: Promote and maintain good client, company, and fellow employee relations. Promote the company image through civic, social, and business activities, and endeavors. Product Knowledge: Build and maintain internal and external knowledge of product and service offerings. Stay abreast of industry trends and pursue continuing education. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. As an Insurance Producer, you will be employed directly by one of our agency clients, joining a team that leverages trainwell's sales training and coaching platform to maximize your performance and professional development. This role is focused exclusively on selling insurance policies—no customer service, claims, billing, or policy servicing duties. You will work quality leads provided by the agency, allowing you to concentrate on building relationships and closing sales without the need for cold calling or purchasing leads. Key responsibilities include: - Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) policies, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance, and/or Life & Health (L&H) policies, such as term life, whole life, final expense, and supplemental health coverage - Engage with prospective clients using agency-provided quality leads to drive new business - Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve production targets aligned with your active license line - Collaborate with agency leadership and participate in ongoing sales training and mentorship programs
