Work Location: This is a hybrid opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area and will require 1-2 days per week on-site and the rest of the week working remotely. Responsibilities Enterprise Program Ownership - Serve as the overall lead for a Technical Program Management Office (TPMO), driving highly complex, cross‑company initiatives with broad organizational impact. - Own end‑to‑end accountability for program strategy, execution, integration, and outcomes across multiple divisions. Strategic Stakeholder Partnership - Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, orchestration, and integration across operational pillars. - Influence decision‑making through clear communication, structured planning, and alignment to business and technical priorities. Technical Leadership & Roadmap Execution - Provide technical leadership and strategic oversight in the development of initiative plans and execution against multi‑phase roadmaps. - Ensure roadmap delivery aligns with architectural strategy, platform capabilities, and long‑term business objectives. Governance, Risk, & Compliance - Lead and oversee initiative governance frameworks and execution processes to ensure performance requirements and standards are met throughout the development lifecycle. - Drive compliance with quality, privacy, security, safety, accessibility, and regulatory requirements across programs. Cross‑Functional Solution Delivery - Partner with Software and Hardware Engineering teams to design and deliver complex technical solutions across multiple feature areas. - Identify risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs, and provide data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders to enable informed decision‑making. Program Integration & Execution Management - Define success criteria and drive execution for highly complex, cross‑functional initiatives spanning multiple feature areas. - Coordinate across engineering, business, and operational teams to ensure alignment, integration, and consistent delivery. Multi‑Division Planning & Execution - Deliver against program roadmaps across multiple feature groups and divisions, tracking schedules, milestones, and dependencies. - Drive development of staging and implementation plans while leading ongoing governance rhythms to support execution excellence. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. - 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Preferred: - Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, OR product development OR equivalent experience. - 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
