Position Summary: Behavioral Health Intake Specialists are the first point of contact for individuals seeking mental health services at WellPower. They respond to calls and referrals from hospitals, community partners, and the public. They complete billable behavioral health screenings to gather clinically relevant information, identify symptoms suggestive of mental health diagnoses, and use clinical judgment to determine the appropriate level of care. Team members help de-escalate callers experiencing crises as needed. This role works closely with teams across the organization to ensure a smooth, supportive, and person- centered start to care. Job Duties & Functions: - Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent coverage of the Access phone line and team operations. - Answer and use behavioral health screening to triage incoming calls on the Access phone line. - Assess crisis situations over the phone and respond appropriately. - Verify consumer information across multiple computer platforms. - Understand and interpret behavioral health insurance coverage, including verifying eligibility . - Complete billable behavioral health screenings and clinically assess the best level of care for the individual, including documenting assessed clinical risk. - Schedule initial appointments for new and returning individuals. - Communicate with hospital social workers and other community partners regarding referrals. - Refer individuals to community mental health providers when appropriate. - Coordinate appointment scheduling with team members. - Document all work in the electronic medical record (EMR). - Other duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related human services field. - One (1) year of experience in mental health or human services preferred. Job Duties & Functions: - Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring efficient operations and delivery of high-quality, person-centered, trauma-informed care. - Hold staff accountable for achieving service hour expectations, meeting performance metrics, and maintaining timely, accurate documentation and billing. - Support staff development through training, mentoring, reflective supervision, and performance evaluations. - Conduct timely evaluations and ongoing performance conversations, offering coaching, constructive feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary. - Ensure clinical documentation and case management services meet organizational, regulatory, and quality standards. - Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations; revise and implement workflows and procedures to align with best practices. - Coordinate daily operations, staff scheduling, team coverage, and service delivery to meet community and consumer needs. - Partner with leadership to set and monitor short- and long-term goals that align with programmatic and organizational priorities. - Lead innovation in program design and service delivery to strengthen and expand behavioral health offerings. - Monitor program outcomes and implement continuous improvements to enhance service effectiveness and impact. - Foster team accountability, morale, and engagement by identifying areas for growth and celebrating individual and team achievements. - Collaborate with internal departments and community partners to ensure coordinated care and strategic alignment. - Oversee financial planning and budget management, including forecasting, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring alignment with established targets. - Demonstrate operational expertise in Fee-for-Service or similar performance-based models to drive financial sustainability. - Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing. - Other duties as assigned Requirements & Qualifications: EDUCATION: - Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required - Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist license in good standing required. EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 4 years of experience providing clinical services - Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and management experience - Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding preferred - Expertise in a "Fee for Service" model, ensuring team performance aligns with the financial goals preferred. Work Location: This is a hybrid opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area and will require 1-2 days per week on-site and the rest of the week working remotely. Shift/Hours: This is a Monday-Friday opportunity observing standard business hours. Physical Requirements: Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds. Position Summary: The Director of Revenue Cycle Management will serve as the programmatic and operational leader for Revenue Cycle and is responsible to the Vice President of Financial Operations. The Director is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the Revenue Cycle function, including: Electronic Health Record (EHR) Practice Maintenance (billing side of the EHR), guarantor maintenance, coding, and an over-site role of the billing department. Compensation & Benefits: - $125,000 - $160,000 per year The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications. Job Duties & Functions: - Research and resolve high level, complex, systems and billing issues. - Participate in revenue cycle audits, coding compliance reviews and other regulatory activities as necessary. - Interface directly with insurance payers (including Medicaid Regional Accountable Entities) as needed to resolve billing and collections issues. - Maintains appropriate internal controls and safeguards over adjustments and write-offs; ensures compliance with department policies to guarantee proper review and approval of adjustments. - Oversee billing, collection and EHR Practice Maintenance team to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Revenue Cycle. Department Leader: - Develops and manages operational initiatives with measurable outcomes. - Formulates objectives, goals and strategies collaboratively with other stakeholders. - Prepares and delivers reporting to leadership outlining progress and objectives - Handle installation, testing, documentation and training for any new Practice Maintenance -related update/process being introduced. - Notify/train Accounts Receivable team when any monthly update results in changes to the user interface or functionality within EHR. Financial Manager: - Actively seeks opportunities to improve financial outcomes, engaging staff in the process. - Monitors and analyzes financial data and utilizes it for decisions regarding staffing and operational budget targets. - Directs and provides guidance to effectively allocate resources based on volume, priorities, goals and objectives. Administrative Leader: - Assess services, identify problems, utilize data to analyze and propose innovative approaches for solutions. - Maintain records related to operations and services that are complete, accurate, available and in compliance with all legal, regulatory and policy requirements. - Engages staff and other stakeholders in continuous improvement of processes and systems. Suggest workflow changes to reduce redundant processes. - Remain current of new trends and best practices for effectively promoting the organization’s Revenue Cycle practices. - Effectively facilitates meetings at Revenue Cycle and organizational level. - Manages complex interdepartmental and interdisciplinary relationships to assure collaboration and effective operations within the Revenue Cycle. - Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing. - Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, finance or a related field. - 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least three years in a leadership role. - Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP), or other relevant certification preferred.
