Responsibilities Enterprise Program Ownership - Serve as the overall lead for a Technical Program Management Office (TPMO), driving highly complex, cross‑company initiatives with broad organizational impact. - Own end‑to‑end accountability for program strategy, execution, integration, and outcomes across multiple divisions. Strategic Stakeholder Partnership - Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, orchestration, and integration across operational pillars. - Influence decision‑making through clear communication, structured planning, and alignment to business and technical priorities. Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
