• Lead the planning, governance and execution of Commercial Execution Programs. • Drive alignment across Commercial Execution Sponsors and cross-functional teams. • Lead the AI team through execution of AI strategic initiatives and product launches. • Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders. • Collaborate with executives to align commercial and AI strategies with business objectives. • Build and maintain relationships with initiative stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant combination of education and experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in project management, governance, and leading change and innovation.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading or supporting end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market planning, cross-functional readiness, and post-launch optimization.
- Proficient with Project Management Tools: Microsoft Visio, Atlassian Solutions: Jira & Confluence.

The Sales Enablement Field-Facing Manager is responsible for supporting and enhancing the performance of our EMEA selling teams, provides a point of coordination for go-to-market leadership and is bilingual or multilingual. Role Description The Program Coordinator works closely with Sirva client contacts to provide pre-assignment support for their mobility programs. This position will be responsible for client mailbox management, supporting relocation agreements, and supporting client projects and inquiries. - This position is open to be filled in the US or Philippines, working US hours. Functions and Responsibilities - Support regional and global client directed pre-assignment initiatives such as: - Reporting needs - Group move planning - Specialized program support - Data queries - Status updates on cost estimate or initiation requests - Systems testing - Triage shared mailbox by filtering and redirecting incoming requests and tasks.
