The Sales Enablement Field-Facing Manager is responsible for supporting and enhancing the performance of our EMEA selling teams, provides a point of coordination for go-to-market leadership and is bilingual or multilingual. The position requires a deep understanding of selling, sales leadership, methodologies, processes, and selling tools. It also requires an understanding of how people learn and an ability to coach as needed to higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness. By focusing on both qualitative and quantitative factors, this role contributes significantly to the sales team’s ability to know more, do more, and close more business. The Sales Enablement Field-Facing Manager must be a partner to sales leadership and proactively watch leading indicators of success and failure. The role requires a high level of credibility with the selling team and a bias for actions to address challenges quickly and thoroughly. This role reports to the Sales Enablement Leader. Role and Responsibilities: ● Create and maintain an overall strategy and cadence for support of the EMEA selling teams. ● Assess the unique enablement needs of each sales team and develop targeted strategies. Support the creation, development and delivery of unique content where appropriate but in coordination with other field-facing enablement leaders. ● Ensure that common enablement needs are being addressed, scheduled, completed, measured, and optimized ● Monitor sales and sales leaders' effectiveness to ensure skills gaps are being addressed ● Provide direct coaching and mentoring to sales representatives and managers as needed ● Participate in sales leadership calls for planning and forecasting ● Collaborate with product, marketing, and the Sales Enablement Team to ensure alignment of messaging and go-to-market strategies ● Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive enablement initiatives for their assigned selling area ● Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across sales teams and within the Sales Enablement Team ● Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform enablement strategies Required Skills and Experience: ● Experience in sales or sales enablement, preferably in a B2B software environment ● Bilingual or Multilingual Professional Working Proficiency ● Strong understanding of various sales methodologies and best practices ● Excellent presentation and facilitation skills ● Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels ● Data-driven approach to decision making and program development ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Company Overview: UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
