Mid-level Fraud Mitigation and Remediation Analyst

• Perform anti-fraud analyses and monitoring, identifying suspicious behaviors, recurring patterns, and new attack vectors; • Monitor operational metrics and programs for monitoring chargebacks and MEDs; • Knowledge of value recovery processes via MED and fund repatriations in other financial products such as TED and Boleto; • Create, adjust, and optimize anti-fraud rules based on behavioral data and predictive analysis; • Verify customer documentation and information, ensuring the authenticity of data and transactions; • Support the structuring of metrics, process flows, and anti-fraud policies focused on prevention and operational efficiency; • Develop dashboards and periodic reports with indicators, trends, and improvement recommendations; • Evaluate and recommend new fraud prevention technologies, considering their applicability; • Interact with other internal teams to clarify questions, resolve department-related issues, develop educational initiatives, preventive materials, and training on anti-fraud security.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Knowledge of data (SQL) and Power BI for creating dashboards and data visualization;
  • Experience in risk analysis and fraud prevention, preferably in financial institutions, payment companies, or fintechs;
  • Analytical, investigative, organized profile with strong attention to detail;
  • Experience with anti-fraud and transactional monitoring tools.
