Job Summary As a Lead Analyst, supporting the Eligibility Operations Product Line you will have accountability for client/vendor implementation projects, be responsible to build the strategy, define requirements, and drive execution. This includes managing all aspects of project delivery, roadmap development, research, data analysis, testing and ensuring customer/stakeholder satisfaction. You will work with a team of talented IT Project Management Lead Analysts, Advisors and Sr. Advisors. Our aim is to be a SME on the product and relevant processes, influence standards/best practices, and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. The right candidate for this role should be able to solve problems, communicate effectively, and utilize technical skills as well as business acumen. The candidate should be self-driven, agile in learning new tools/processes, and be a trusted collaborative advisor throughout the implementation of the project. This role offers great opportunity to be client/vendor facing and impact the outcomes for our customers. Key Responsibilities • Provide expert content/professional leadership on IT Project Management assignments/projects • Responsible for managing, directing and planning several projects simultaneously • Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and assigning project tasks, team building, and maintaining working relationships with client functional areas outside of IT • Apply project management methodologies and reporting techniques to indicate project status • Identify, evaluate and formulate detailed project plan, tracks milestones and schedules; negotiate and modify schedules as well as resources required to meet project objectives • Evaluate and report progress in terms of quality and performance metrics common to IT projects • Work with client departments to coordinate systems testing, installation, training and support • Keep informed of technical and operational advances • Participate in process improvement initiatives as well as lead/own components of business process • Use deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders • Focus on providing thought leadership within IT Project Management including projects which require understanding of the larger organization Required Experience / Qualifications • ​high school diploma • 3+ years of experience in data exchange/management or IT project management • 3+ years of experience in a client/vendor facing role • Experience with execution of load jobs and Mainframe/Rumba/TSO • Experience working with EDI (834)/Eligibility file If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 87,800 - 146,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
