This is a remote position. We are seeking a Facets Configuration Analyst to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role will be responsible for configuring and maintaining system rules, benefit plans, and operational parameters to ensure accurate claims adjudication and efficient system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain Facets system rules, benefit plans, and parameters - Support accurate claims adjudication through proper system configuration - Translate business and regulatory requirements into system configurations - Analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions - Collaborate with business, IT, and operational teams to support system updates and enhancements - Validate configurations through testing activities, including SIT and UAT support - Ensure compliance with CMS requirements and payer business rules - Maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and system changes - Support data migration and system transformation activities as part of the Facets implementation - Participate in system optimization and continuous improvement efforts Requirements Required Qualifications: - Experience working with the Facets platform in a configuration or analyst capacity - Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and claims adjudication - Experience configuring benefits, rules, and parameters within Facets - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills

As a Credit Underwriter, you will play a crucial role in our success by ensuring that credit decisions align with our risk management policies while fostering strong relationships with our sales team and dealer network. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Credit Underwriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit analysis, a strong understanding of UCC filings, and the ability to communicate effectively with both sales teams and dealers. Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus. This role reports directly to the Director of Floorplan Financing. Key Responsibilities: - Review incoming applications and ensure completeness of all required documents and information - Analyze bank statements, credit files, and supporting documentation to assess credit risk - Manage pending applications by following up on missing items and helping move deals through the process - Support credit decisions by preparing files, summarizing key details, and applying company guidelines - Communicate approvals and outline next steps, including any required stipulations - Partner with internal teams and sales representatives to provide updates and address questions - Maintain organized, accurate deal files throughout the underwriting process - Assist with additional operational tasks as needed, including contract preparation, UCC filings, and administrative support Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in credit underwriting, preferably within the automotive or floorplan financing industry. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting credit reports (e.g., Experian) and financial statements. - Strong understanding of UCC filings, PMSIs, and other secured lending practices. - Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations is a plus. - Experience with DecisionLogic or similar bank verification tools preferred. • Contribute to the development and execution of the Company’s SOX function • Assist with the Company’s SOX IT risk assessment and scoping • Work with Technology teams and application owners to maintain and improve key SOX process and control documentation • Evaluate changes to applications, tools and infrastructure to ensure SOX controls are properly designed and implemented • Educate Company stakeholders to ensure expectations and requirements for key SOX controls are properly understood • Facilitate SOX requests, lead design walkthroughs and perform controls effectiveness testing • Communicate audit results and align with control owners on remediation plans for SOX controls • Provide recommendations to strengthen processes and controls, including IT General Controls, key system configurations and automated controls • Develop periodic controls effectiveness monitoring procedures • Coordinate with Technology, Accounting, Compliance and External Auditors on SOX and regulatory requirements • Participate in technology-driven process improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency • Build cross-functional relationships • Assist with other special projects as needed
