This is a remote position. We are seeking a Facets Configuration Analyst to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role will be responsible for configuring and maintaining system rules, benefit plans, and operational parameters to ensure accurate claims adjudication and efficient system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain Facets system rules, benefit plans, and parameters - Support accurate claims adjudication through proper system configuration - Translate business and regulatory requirements into system configurations - Analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions - Collaborate with business, IT, and operational teams to support system updates and enhancements - Validate configurations through testing activities, including SIT and UAT support - Ensure compliance with CMS requirements and payer business rules - Maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and system changes - Support data migration and system transformation activities as part of the Facets implementation - Participate in system optimization and continuous improvement efforts Requirements Required Qualifications: - Experience working with the Facets platform in a configuration or analyst capacity - Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and claims adjudication - Experience configuring benefits, rules, and parameters within Facets - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Credit Underwriter to join our team.
