TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) analyste en informatique polyvalent(e). La personne recherchée jouera un rôle transversal au sein de l’organisation. Elle contribuera à structurer l’information, documenter les activités, analyser différents dossiers, soutenir la préparation de documents professionnels et participer, selon les besoins, au développement, à l’adaptation ou à l’amélioration de certains outils informatiques. Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue : - Participer à la rédaction, à la révision et à l’organisation de documents internes et externes - Structurer et clarifier l’information liée aux processus, outils, projets et méthodes de travail - Effectuer des recherches, analyses et synthèses sur différents sujets liés aux activités de l’entreprise - Soutenir la préparation de dossiers administratifs, techniques ou professionnels - Participer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques, processus et outils internes - Contribuer au développement, à l’adaptation ou à la maintenance de scripts, applications, automatisations ou outils internes, selon les besoins - Collaborer avec la direction et l’équipe sur divers mandats transversaux - Assurer un suivi rigoureux des tâches, documents et échéanciers
Job Requirements
- Formation en informatique, génie logiciel, systèmes d’information ou domaine connexe
- Excellente capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et d’organisation
- Bonne capacité de rédaction et de structuration de l’information
- Polyvalence et intérêt pour des tâches variées
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement entièrement à distance
- Expérience ou intérêt pour le développement, l’automatisation, les scripts ou l’amélioration d’outils internes
- Rigueur, professionnalisme et sens des responsabilités
- Maîtrise professionnelle du français requise
- Excellente capacité de rédaction en français
- Capacité à communiquer avec aisance en français à l’écrit et à l’oral

Role Description The Licensing Specialist is responsible for administering and coordinating inbound licensing requests related to Sync licensing, and other Reproduction Rights (RR) as required. This role focuses on the efficient intake, qualification, processing, and documentation of licensing requests involving primarily single-right agreements, ensuring timely communication, accuracy, and alignment with established guidelines, tariffs, and regulatory frameworks. The Licensing Specialist plays a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality service to licensees while supporting the integrity and execution of licensing operations. Key Responsibilities - Receive, qualify, and process inbound licensing requests related to Sync licensing, and other Reproduction Rights (RR), ensuring accurate handling of licensing requests. - Respond to incoming inquiries (phone, email, and other channels) within established timelines, providing clear, professional, and timely communication. - Set up and manage licensing cases and products within internal systems to track requests from intake through execution. - Prepare, generate, and amend Sync licensing agreements, ensuring accuracy of terms, rights, and documentation. - Coordinate with rights holders (as required) to support proper handling and execution of licensing requests. - Administrate licenses in accordance with applicable agreements and internal guidelines. - Maintain accurate and organized records of all licensing activity, including agreements, communications, and repertoire-related information. - Utilize CRM and internal systems to document licensing activity, track request status, and ensure data accuracy. - Provide guidance and support to licensees regarding licensing requirements, including Reproduction Rights (RR) obligations and general Canadian copyright considerations. - Communicate effectively with licensees, rights holders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processing of requests. - Monitor and follow up on open or pending requests to ensure timely completion and adherence to service standards. - Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Royalty Operations, Royalty Collections, and Licensing Operations, to support accurate execution and reporting. - Identify and escalate issues or process gaps, contributing to improvements in workflows, documentation, and service delivery. - Complete assigned tasks and other duties as required. Qualifications - 2+ years experience in Sync Licensing (preferred). - Understanding of Reproduction Rights (RR), Sync licensing, and the publishing industry. - Knowledge of the bicultural Canadian market. - Bilingual in French and English. - Exceptional customer service skills with a strong service-oriented mindset. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Professional telephone etiquette and communication presence. - Proven ability to identify issues and apply effective problem-solving approaches. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. - Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally. - Detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in documentation and data management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and CRM/database systems. Data Center Ops Resilience Engineer

• Support the design, administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of enterprise resilience capabilities across data center and infrastructure environments. • Maintain and enhance solutions supporting high availability, disaster recovery, backup, replication, and recovery operations. • Identify, assess, and help remediate cybersecurity risks , resilience gaps, and operational weaknesses through the application of sound engineering practices and established standards. • Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure resilience and recoverability requirements are incorporated into technical solutions and operational processes from the beginning. • Participate in resilience testing activities, including failover exercises, disaster recovery validation, backup recovery testing, and operational readiness reviews. • Support monitoring, alerting, incident response, escalation processes, and service restoration efforts related to resilience platforms and technologies. • Develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation, operational procedures, standards, and runbooks. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen platform stability, recoverability, and overall security posture. • Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning for resilience-related incidents and service disruptions. • Support cross-platform resilience efforts involving compute, storage, backup, network, and platform services. • Perform other duties as assigned.
