Role Description The Integrated Billing Analyst I will report directly to the Integrated Billing Supervisor and will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate and timely billing processes. This role involves: - Creating invoices with supporting documents. - Researching and reconciling costs for fixed-price and reimbursable billings. - Performing Booked Cost to Billed Cost reconciliations for each contract. - Coordinating with personnel from various departments to ensure complete and accurate documentation for billing and subsequent collection. - Monitoring and researching costs, and requesting journal entries to ensure costs are accumulated correctly. - Obtaining Statements of Completion of Work (SOCOWs) and applying them to monthly billings as needed. - Communicating with customers and personnel from various sites to gain and process accurate billing information. - Assisting during audits and periodic reporting. - Ensuring all tasks are performed according to company policy. - Maintaining strong order to cash responsibilities across multiple departments within the organization. - Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data. - Participating in other projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. - Microsoft Office certification preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in GL accounting and Government Contract accounting preferred. - IFS, SAP, and Excel experience preferred.
