Role Description As an Account Manager, you will be tasked with retaining and growing revenue and will serve as the ultimate internal decision-maker on your accounts. You will also get to function as the tip of the spear for all new product releases, helping with everything from go-to-market strategy to narrative creation. Our vision is to become the best sales team in all of SaaS, and we’re looking for the next person who can bring us closer to that vision. - Retain and grow existing book of business via renewal, upsell, and cross-sell - Own the end-to-end commercial relationship with clients - Develop, nurture, and leverage relationships with senior DMs - Serve as the internal champion for our clients to resolve issues as they arise - Serve as the external champion for our CS & CE teams to resolve issues as they arise - Play a crucial role in building and improving our service org - Help develop go to market strategies for all new product releases Qualifications - You have 3+ years managing B2B SaaS accounts focused on retention and growth - The people closest to you would refer to you as “relentless” - A sales person to your core. Nothing gets you more excited than bringing someone on to your team via a mix of education, persuasion, and high level execution - Eager to learn - you’re not satisfied with a day unless you feel like you got better - An experienced AM who’s eager to learn from the best and hone your craft Requirements - Specific to pay transparency laws, the annual base salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 and may also include commission, incentive pay, incentive stock options, and benefits. - The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other business considerations. Job Description Summary The Sales Account Manager will have broad accountability to drive the success of the GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear (GVH) business through commercial sales and relationship management. This role will be both directly and, in some cases, jointly responsible for opportunity development and order closure with certain GVH customers. The role will be partnered with our Deal Structuring group and our Nuclear Services and Global Nuclear Fuels business teams to develop and support customer specific short- and long-term commercial strategies.
