WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a current Top Secret Clearance to lead mission-focused product development efforts within intelligence data environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge mission objectives and technical execution, ensuring that development efforts directly support operational priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in intelligence data systems and warehouses, along with the leadership skills necessary to guise cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver high-impact solutions within defined timelines. Basic Qualifications - Minimum of ten (10) years of experience working with or managing projects supporting intelligence data systems and warehouses or comparable intelligence data environments. - Minimum of five (5) years serving specifically as a Product Owner for intelligence data system(s), with direct experience defining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and managing stakeholder expectations. This can overlap with the minimum of 10 years above. - Prior experience as a Project Manager or technical lead translating mission objectives into actionable deliverables. - Proficient in Microsoft Project for planning, scheduling, and resource tracking. - Familiarity with Agile development processes, including practical knowledge of Product Owner responsibilities and decision-making authority. - Proven ability to translate mission objectives and user needs into actionable requirements and discrete deliverables within developmental and timeline restraints. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance stakeholder priorities and ensure alignment between mission goals and technical implementation. - Skilled in MS office suite - Works independently, proactively identifies, and completes task. - Excellent verbal and written skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs Security Clearance and Where You'll Work - Applicants selected must be a U.S. Citizen. - Top Secret security clearance required - The position is on site in SE Washington, D.C.
