The Sales Executive – Service Sales will play a vital role in supporting EAC’s commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions by emphasizing the services that enhance and optimize software deployments. This role centers on identifying opportunities to provide consulting, training, implementation, and support services that drive customer success and maximize the value of their software investments. This role is essential to helping customers maximize the potential of their software investments while contributing to EAC’s reputation for delivering exceptional service solutions. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional who excels at identifying service needs, building strong relationships, and positioning EAC as a trusted partner for ongoing business improvement. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored service solutions. Job Description Responsibilities, skills, and knowledge may be representative, but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with the position. - Services Opportunity Identification and Development - Work closely with customers to identify service needs related to software deployment, optimization, and ongoing support. - Proactively engage with existing software customers to uncover consulting, training, and implementation opportunities. - Develop tailored service proposals that align with customer objectives and enhance their return on investment. - Relationship Building and Customer Success - Drive meaningful customer engagement within engineering and manufacturing environments by leveraging knowledge of CAD and PLM solutions to align with client workflows, uncover high-impact opportunities, and position services that support design optimization, data management, and digital transformation initiatives. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by serving as a trusted advisor for their service needs. - Actively engage with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and provide customized service solutions. - Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and by addressing concerns or barriers to success. - Collaboration and Internal Coordination - Partner with internal teams, including technical consultants and service delivery personnel, to design and deliver high-quality solutions. - Coordinate resources to ensure timely execution of service projects and deliverables. - Provide feedback from customers to inform service innovation and continuous improvement. - Achieving Service Sales Goals - Meet or exceed sales targets for service-related revenue, including consulting, training, and support packages. - Maintain a robust pipeline of service opportunities and track progress using CRM tools. - Effectively overcome objections and clearly communicate the value of EAC’s service offerings. - Market Expertise and Representation - Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive service offerings. - Represent EAC at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings to promote the value of our service portfolio. - Deliver compelling presentations and service demonstrations tailored to customer needs. - Additional Responsibilities - Collaborate with the software sales team to ensure a seamless transition from software sale to service delivery. - Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights. - Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall growth of EAC’s services business. Qualifications An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
