Responsibilities - Architect the Microsoft supply chain for custom silicon. - Drive efficiency and savings for Microsoft via optimized supply chain solutions. - Manage a complex, cross-functional supply chain project with broad scope and multiple workstreams. - Manage the performance of a team of vendors from an external supplier, delivering transformation programs. - Ensure adherence to standards and expectations. - Identify external and internal software tools to assist the custom silicon supply chain team and streamline operations. - Monitor program performance, inform strategic decision-making, and provide concise updates to leadership on the progress of transformation programs. - Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation of solutions using established and emerging methodologies. - Identify operational risks across complex and cross-functional programs with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation strategies. - Integrate supply chain transformation activities into Microsoft's efforts in sustainability, improving the carbon footprint of Microsoft's custom silicon. Role Description As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) , you will lead end‑to‑end hardware and system‑level NPI programs from concept through mass production. The team consists of more than 30 contraceptive development and introduction professionals with expertise in reproductive biology, gynecology, chemistry, epidemiology, and clinical trial and project management.
