Your future starts here. #itstartshere #origincrew Position Responsibilities and Requirements. - Ability to work in ACAD. - Ability to create basic ACAD drafting on projects. - Ability to be trained in and utilize survey software programs. - Assist in performance of location, topographic, and related engineering and land survey work. - Ability to record field survey notes accurately and legibly. - Assist with construction field staking from points, alignments, corridors, or TIN surfaces. - Conduct research to collect legal documents at Courthouse, Origin files, City Hall, and online. - Assist in the preparation of survey documents and drawings as directed. - Ability to lift and handle equipment and materials weighing up to 75 pounds. - Ability to traverse through rough terrain on foot. - Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time while performing field work. - Must hold a valid driver’s license and can operate company-owned vehicles. - Willingness and ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions. - Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff. - Willingness to work longer hours and some weekends. - Ability to swim. - Willingness to travel on a watercraft.
