• Dominar el portafolio de productos Versat. • Diseñar y ejecutar procesos y flujos del área de marketing. • Implementar acciones para cumplir las metas del área y monitorear OKRs. • Garantizar la coherencia e identidad de la marca. • Revisar y proponer mejoras en la comunicación institucional y el posicionamiento. • Actualizar información de la competencia. • Participar en estrategias de precios. • Ejecutar planes de redes sociales basados en user personas. • Editar videos educativos, internos, lives y materiales promocionales. • Coordinar grabación, edición y publicación de entrevistas. • Crear contenidos de Inbound Marketing (blogs, landing pages, emails). • Organizar eventos presenciales y virtuales. • Acompañar campañas digitales (Meta Ads, Google Ads) y proveedores. • Comunicar nuevas funcionalidades y productos de forma clara y atractiva. • Crear y actualizar materiales gráficos para difusión de marca. • Dar soporte a las unidades de negocio en campañas internas y eventos. • Apoyar al área comercial en decisiones de campañas, análisis de indicadores y planes de acción. • Presentar resultados e impactos de sus iniciativas. • Actuar proactivamente como un agente de mejora continua dentro de la organización. • Participar en reuniones semanales de Marketing y en reuniones diarias con tu equipo.

Job Requirements

  • Formación superior en Marketing, Publicidad, Periodismo, Administración o Diseño.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Marketing.
  • Experiencia en empresas de ERP o SaaS.
  • Experiencia en organización de eventos.
  • Conocimientos en marketing digital, SEO, social media e Inbound Marketing.
  • Español intermedio para la atención y comunicación con clientes.
  • Vivencia o interés en el sector agro.
  • Mentalidad Remote First (alta capacidad de autogestión y comunicación asincrónica).
  • Diferencial: experiencia internacional en PY y/o LATAM.
