Role Description Infomedia is seeking a motivated and coachable Inside Sales Representative to support growth across our Americas dealership market. This role is focused specifically on selling automotive technology solutions into dealership parts and service departments. - Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (minimum 40 calls per day) to dealership prospects - Qualify opportunities and schedule product demonstrations - Deliver structured virtual demonstrations highlighting dealership ROI and operational efficiency - Close defined sales programs and drive monthly revenue targets - Identify expansion opportunities within existing dealership accounts - Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams - Ensure smooth handoff to customer support and account management teams Qualifications - 1–3+ years of inside sales, automotive dealership, or related customer-facing experience - Direct familiarity with dealership parts and/or service operations strongly preferred - Comfortable with phone-based outreach and metrics-driven sales environments - Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills - Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset Requirements - Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. - Atlanta pay range: $75,000 — $85,000 USD

Role Description The Internal Sales Desk Manager will lead, develop, and be a resource for Internal Sales Desk employees where the primary objective is to drive all sales efforts for the Retirement division at Symetra. This individual is expected to demonstrate leadership, develop current talent, on-board employees into their respective positions, recruit for future talent and be involved in the day to day operation of the Internal Sales Desk. This position is specifically focused within the Independent Channel for annuity distribution. What you will do - Oversee staff in areas related to: Symetra compliance, policies and procedures, FINRA, state insurance and other regulatory entities as required. - Provide staff with scheduled and customized coaching via biweekly call reviews and monthly one on one meetings. - Provide direction and dissemination of how daily activity translates into the overall objectives of sales and Symetra as a whole. Address concerns and any issues that would prohibit said objectives from being met. - Conduct training and development sessions as needed in line with key initiatives such as product launches, new firm/bank on-boarding and technology implementation. Demonstrate knowledge of competitive landscape to the extent of being able to be a resource, train and coach accordingly. - Monitor, escalate and act on performance management issues and provide a leadership role in delivering recognition programs. - Act as a point of contact for business exceptions. - Serve as a subject matter expert as the opportunity and need arises with other areas of the organization. This can be both on a project scale as well as an “as needed” basis. - Coordinate and execute on various marketing initiatives, calling campaigns and product launches that require multiple stakeholders to work together. - Provide regular trend analysis on call volume, trends on types of calls received, and external feedback. - Escalate any items e.g. technology, product issues etc. that in anyway impede the progress of the sales process and/or put Symetra at risk; reputational or otherwise. - Act as a resource and champion for sales by moving ideas forward. - Consistently build, coach and monitor individual career paths of your direct reports. - Actively participate in hiring new team members. Network and meet with internal and external candidates in order to promote career opportunities within Symetra. - Interview candidates for both Internal Wholesaler and Sales Support Specialist positions in order to make hiring recommendations. Qualifications - College degree required, Masters degree or equivalent designations preferred. - 5+ years of direct financial services industry experience required. - Life/Health License and FINRA 6 or 7, 63, 24/26 required. - Ability to motivate sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals. - Keen awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements. - Demonstrated leadership skills. - Skilled in negotiating and conflict resolution. - Organizational design work including but not limited to making strategic decisions in team alignment with external partners.
