Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving successful talent placements across key accounts. You will be the primary liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams, supporting the entire recruitment lifecycle and contributing to the growth of our staffing services. Key responsibilities include: - Build and maintain relationships with key client accounts to drive satisfaction and retention - Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process - Liaise between clients, candidates, and internal teams (recruitment, operations, leadership) to align on needs and expectations - Facilitate communication and gather feedback during client interviews - Monitor the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned accounts to ensure timely progress and quality delivery - Partner with recruiters to match talent to client needs and ensure successful placements - Identify account growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to expand staffing services - Track and analyze account performance metrics and provide recommendations - Lead contract renewals and support negotiations - Prepare and deliver client reports, updates, and presentations - Proactively resolve client and candidate concerns - Manage account budgets and ensure financial targets and margins are achieved - Conduct regular client check-ins on performance, hiring progress, and workforce strategy
Job Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in account management, staffing, recruiting, or a client-facing role within the staffing industry
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM and recruitment or account management tools
- Comfortable using Hubstaff or a comparable time-tracking productivity tool
- Solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes
- Business-fluent English proficiency
- Ability to work as an independent contractor and manage own taxes and social security contributions
- Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting contract renewals or contract negotiations
- Currently based in the Philippines, Nicaragua, El Salvador, or Guatemala
