Job Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in healthcare services sales, solution selling, or related field (required)
- Deep understanding of acute care hospital environments, including HTM and supply chain dynamics (required)
- Proven success closing or influencing complex deals ($250K–$1M+) (required)
- Experience leading or mentoring high-performing sales teams or overlay specialists (preferred)
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing and contract structuring (required)
- Experience with multi-vendor service models or healthcare service solutions (preferred).
