• Responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective healthcare practices. • Focused on outbound lead generation — researching, prospecting, and initiating conversations with potential clients. • Qualify a portion of inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns. • Build a healthy sales pipeline and contribute directly to the company’s growth and revenue goals. • Research and identify target healthcare practices through outbound activities, including phone calls, emails, prospect lists, LinkedIn outreach, and events. • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team to pursue. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies based on feedback and results. • Participate in daily huddles and weekly reporting calls with the Growth + Revenue Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or business development role OR demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare IT strongly preferred.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and build trust quickly.
- Experience with cold calling or demonstrated ability of confidence in speaking English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial, with the ability to conduct customer research to grow your own pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
