Growth and Revenue Marketing Manager

• The Manager of Growth + Revenue Marketing is responsible for driving pipeline and opportunity creation by managing how leads are captured, worked, and converted across the funnel. • This role is focused on performance, ensuring high-intent leads move efficiently from initial engagement through Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) into qualified opportunities. • This includes improving follow-up, aligning closely with Sales and an outsourced BDR partner, and strengthening the systems and processes that support lead management and conversion. • You will work across the marketing team to execute campaigns and programs, including webinars, digital channels, trade shows, and emerging AI-driven discovery, that contribute directly to the pipeline and support consistent opportunity creation. • Success in this role requires someone who can both execute and think strategically, identify where performance is breaking down, test solutions, improve results, and adapt quickly — someone who can take ownership of their work while remaining open to feedback and input from the team.
Software Engineer, I - Java

• Collaborate, as part of the development team, to create technical solutions for our software products. • Own troubleshooting, and fixing integration support issues in Production and during Implementation • Optimize, refactor, enhance, debug, and troubleshoot existing code • Perform root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions for bugs in the software • Follow all OP best practices and coding standards • Document, Maintain, and Own technical artifacts, internal knowledge base, and templates for all integrations; bringing in industry knowledge as appropriate to improve OP’s solutions. • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications • Understand specifications and requirements for the development/enhancements of interfaces and other types of data exchange, including but not limited to HIE standards and OP interfaces • Write, review, and debug basic programming assignments that are well defined and include mostly debug issues. • Protect the integrity of code: creating, submitting and utilizing tests. • Provide transparency of work to the company. • Transfer knowledge within the department and to other technical teams.
Associate Data Conversion Specialist

• The Associate Data Conversion Specialist is responsible for assisting Data Conversion Specialists and Senior Data Conversion Specialists with analyzing data from legacy vendor applications and converting it to the corresponding OP database tables with as high fidelity as possible. • Close collaboration with the assigned Implementation Project Manager (IPM) is required. • Due to the nature of most conversion projects, availability during evening and weekend hours is required. • This is a client-facing role therefore communication skills are imperative. • Work with Data Conversion Specialists to analyze flat files and databases from other products to import existing patient demographics and medical records into Office Practicum. • Review patient data specs to convert data into a readable format for Office Practicum. • Work with clients and vendors using ETL tools (Apache HOP) to extract, analyze, and import data into Office Practicum before the go-live date. • Work with clients post go live to determine if there are any outstanding data deliverables that need to be adjusted. • Work with business stakeholders to assist with data modeling, or outlining the data requirements to support business processes. • Assist in developing source-to-target mapping, or data transformation instructions that outline how to convert data in the source system to the target system as well as map the data values. • Complete test runs on data conversions for import accuracy. • Work with Mana Implementation leadership to recommend and implement improvements to the data conversion process. • Document and update work performed in Salesforce to keep OP staff apprised of conversion progress. • Independently manage multiple projects at varying stages of completion. • Work according to the timeline and expectation designated by the client and effectively address delays or complications. • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Manager of Data Conversions.
Marketing Generalist
