Partnerships are one of our most proven paths to user growth and a major opportunity for expansion in the US. We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to own this channel end-to-end. This role will lead the full partnership lifecycle across core verticals: wearables and hardware, telehealth, and consumer health and wellness, from sourcing and structuring deals to execution and long-term growth. Please note that we are hiring for this role in the US, with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast. What you'll own Wearable & hardware partnerships - Own and grow existing partnerships, with a focus on increasing attach rate and post-launch performance - Identify and secure the next wave of wearable integrations - Lead commercial negotiations end-to-end, from initial terms through contract execution - Represent Natural Cycles credibly in senior-level partner conversations Telehealth partnerships - Build and convert a pipeline of new telehealth partners while building upon existing partnerships - Prioritize both insurance-accepting platforms (Rx coverage) and cash-pay models (direct subscriptions) - Proactively target high-growth areas, including GLP-1, HRT, and PCOS platforms Consumer health & wellness partnerships - Build partnerships with brands that have a strong overlap with our target audience - Develop bundling, co-subscription, and white-label opportunities - Bring forward creative, non-obvious partnership ideas Pipeline & partner management - Build and own a structured partnership pipeline across all verticals - Create clear frameworks for evaluating, prioritizing, and progressing opportunities - Centralize and manage inbound partner interest across channels What success looks like First 90 days - Map the US partnership landscape and build a prioritized pipeline - Re-engage and advance key opportunities - Establish a clear point of view on priorities and sequencing Within 6 months - Advance or close at least two high-impact partnership deals Within 12 months - Partnerships contribute meaningfully to US new user growth, alongside existing wearable partners What we're looking for - 10+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles - Experience in digital health, femtech, wearables, or consumer health - Experience building or managing affiliate and revenue-share models - Proven track record of closing complex, high-impact deals that drive measurable growth - Strong commercial judgment—can prioritize, structure, and negotiate effectively - Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (legal, finance, product) to get deals across the line - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with evolving processes - Experience in regulated industries (e.g., FDA, healthcare compliance, data privacy) is a plus - Existing relationships across wearables, telehealth, or women’s health are a strong advantage - US-based (east coast preferred); experience working with a European HQ is a plus What we offer - Flexible work arrangement - you will be part of a team based in and around the New York area that values effective collaboration and transparent communication, irrespective of work location - Professional development - you will collaborate with industry leading developers, promoting continuous growth and skill enhancement - Modern technology - you will leverage innovative technologies and tools, within an environment that empowers you to contribute ideas and take ownership of your work - Impactful projects - you will contribute to groundbreaking projects that redefine industry standards and create tangible value - Commitment to quality - you will join a dynamic and progressive organization that prioritizes profitable, long-term product development Location We are remote-first, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person from time to time.
