Position: Admin Engineer (Celigo / iPaaS) Location: Remote (Global) Employment Type: Full-Time Type of contract: Independent contractor  🌎 Work from any corner of the world and be a part of the #remoteworkrevolution!‼️ Role Overview: We’re looking for an Admin Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Celigo integrator.io and a proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end system integrations. This is not a “support-only” role—you’ll be expected to design, implement, optimize, and own integrations across business-critical systems. If your experience is limited to monitoring flows or making minor tweaks, this role is not a fit. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and deploy integrations using Celigo (integrator.io) across ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems - Lead end-to-end implementation cycles: requirements → mapping → build → testing → deployment → post-go-live support - Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data sync issues, and performance bottlenecks - Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and workflows - Manage API integrations (REST/SOAP), webhooks, and middleware logic - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, Sales, Tech) to translate business needs into scalable integrations - Document integration architecture, processes, and SOPs - Ensure data integrity, security, and system reliability across all integrations Requirements - 3+ years of experience working with Celigo (integrator.io) or similar iPaaS tools (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft) - Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle implementations (not just maintenance) - Strong understanding of API integrations, JSON/XML, and data transformation logic - Experience integrating systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon, or similar - Ability to debug complex workflows and identify root causes quickly - Strong documentation and process design skills Nice to Have (but actually valuable) - Experience with NetSuite integrations - Exposure to EDI workflows (850, 856, 810) - Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript) within Celigo flows - Experience scaling integrations for high-volume transactions - Background in eCommerce or supply chain operations What Success Looks Like - You can independently own integrations without constant oversight - You reduce failure rates and manual interventions in workflows - You build systems that scale—not fragile one-off fixes - You proactively identify inefficiencies and improve them
