HR Operations Assistant
Remote Recruitment
• Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records • Process leave requests, payroll inputs, and employment documentation • Support recruitment processes including posting jobs and screening CVs • Respond to HR queries from staff and management • Maintain accurate employee databases and HR filing systems
Job Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
- No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided
- Interest in human resources and people management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
- Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
