Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are hiring a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to design, build, and optimize the systems that power outbound sales, lead generation, and revenue operations. This is a highly technical, revenue-facing role that sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and engineering. You will be responsible for implementing scalable GTM infrastructure, automating workflows, integrating tools, and enabling sales teams to operate more efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in CRM systems, sales automation tools, APIs, and data workflows. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain GTM systems across CRM, outbound tools, and data platforms - Design and optimize automated outbound sales workflows and sequences - Integrate tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), enrichment tools, and outreach platforms - Develop scripts and workflows to improve lead routing, scoring, and qualification - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve pipeline generation - Manage and maintain data integrity across systems - Analyze performance metrics and optimize GTM processes for conversion and efficiency - Implement AI and automation solutions to enhance outbound and inbound strategies
Job Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in a GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Sales Operations role
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Clay, Outreach, Apollo)
- Basic to intermediate coding skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and lead generation
- Analytical mindset with experience working with sales data and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
